Hi! My name is Lacy Wright, and I’ve always had a heart to help people.
I was an undiagnosed celiac for the first 18 years of my life. During that time, I lived in pain, frustration, and fear until I found a health professional who wouldn't give up on me until we found the answers I desperately needed. It only took one person willing to fight for me, and one test to discover the root cause of my suffering.
I became a Holistic Registered Dietitian to be that “one person” for others. As a practitioner, my mission is to find the root cause of your suffering, while offering support as you gain nutritional knowledge and tools to fully thrive in your God given purpose.
I’ve been helping clients with their diet for the past 16 years, and over the past 9 years have also served my clients with other holistic techniques including muscle testing, functional lab testing, and lifestyle coaching. If you have been suffering with symptoms, and you've been told you are fine because your lab-work is “normal,” I can’t wait to help you!
Lacy's Background:
- Bachelors in Health and Exercise Science, Furman University
- Dietetics Certificate and Internship, Lipscomb University
- Board Accredited and Certified Registered Dietitian
- Voted Best Nutritionist in Nashville 2023, Quality Business Awards
- Advanced Clinically Trained in Nutrition Response Testing, Ulan Nutritional Systems
- Certified Leap Practitioner
- Certified NAET Practitioner
- RWS Functional Lab Testing Level 3 Practitioner
- Member of the DIFM (Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine)
Jessica has been in the holistic health space for over a decade and specializes in holistic nutrition coaching and women's health. She has supported and helped countless people through her work as a coach and yoga teacher to achieve optimal health both physically and mentally, helping them to build confidence, energy and truly elevate their lives on every level.
Jess is passionate about approaching health from a holistic view incorporating all facets of lifestyle including nutrition, fitness, mindset and mindfulness and connection to self. She prides herself in truly listening and connecting with each and every one of her clients and going at a pace that fits their needs and life.
Jess got into this field due to her own health issues and has struggled with hormone imbalance, gut health, sleep deprivation, as well as anxiety so she is able to really relate to her clients on a deeper level.
She incorporates support around food and nutrition, movement, mindset, creating attainable goals, and healing the whole body from the inside out. You can expect her to customize and provide you with the tools and support specific to your needs and concerns.
When Jess is not working you can find her in the mountains which she considers therapy, at the gym, on her paddle board, cooking or connecting with friends.
Jess embodies the work she does in her day to day life and is so passionate about helping as many people as possible live their best lives and become their most authentic and happiest selves.
