Cookie Dough Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  •  1 tbs. flaxseeds
  •  1 tsp. of cinnamon powder
  •  2 tbs. vegan vanilla protein powder or 2 scoops Further Food vanilla protein powder
  •  1 tbs. maple syrup
  •  3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or coconut milk
  •  1 tbs. almond butter
  •  2 tbs. of Enjoy Life dairy free chocolate chips

 

Instructions

    1. In a bowl or jar add the oats, flaxseeds, cinnamon, protein powder, maple syrup, almond butter and dairy free milk.
    2. Mix well to combine.
    3. Place the jar in the fridge and leave overnight or 5 hours at a minimum.
    4. Drizzle with a little maple syrup or honey!
