Raspberry Coconut Cream Protein Popsicle

 Ingredients

  •  1 ½ cup of organic frozen raspberries
  •  2 tbs. of honey
  •  1.5 cups full fat coconut milk yogurt
  •  ½ tsp vanilla extract
  •  2 scoops vanilla Further Food protein powder

 

Instructions

  1. Puree raspberries until smooth (add a touch of water or juice if needed to get things moving).
  2. Stir together yogurt, honey, protein powder and vanilla. Spoon berries and yogurt into popsicle molds in alternating layers.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Run warm water over mold for a few seconds to loosen, then remove popsicle from the mold and enjoy!
